A highly respected and long-established boutique litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing Roseville office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative, mentoring-focused environment within a focused practice area.

The firm has a strong reputation State Bar defense matters, as well as insurance defense and business litigation. This opportunity offers attorneys meaningful client interaction, hands-on litigation experience, and direct access to experienced partners.

Top Qualifications

  • Civil litigation experience with interest in specializing in state bar cases.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Roseville, CA with opportunity to take on hybrid schedule once ramped up
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California

Responsibilities

  • Manage and assist with a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
  • Work closely with partners on complex litigation and attorney disciplinary defense matters
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal guidance
  • Maintain and manage litigation deadlines and case files

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $125,000-$135,000+ DOE
